CaribSea South Seas Aquascaping Base Rock per kg

South Seas Base Rock is a great new aquascaping rock that we are excited to be offering. South Seas has much more structure than any other commonly available aquascaping rock and is much more porous than others as well. South Seas is a calcium carbonate base rock that is very similar to actual reef rock and at one point actually was, although it is obtained terrestrially from ancient coral reefs underground.

Natural weathering processes form the fantastic shapes of South Seas Base Rock by the erosion and pitting of limestone over the course of eons. It is clean and safe for marine, reef and hard water freshwater aquariums such as African cichlids. South Seas Base Rock can also be an interesting and realistic addition to a desert reptile biome.

South Seas will make the perfect alternative to live rock or can provide a very attractive base for live rock.
